On December 07, 2001 a day that lives in infamy, James E. Frizzell received the message informing him that he had been selected to receive a National Leadership Award. This announcement was left on an answering machine by Susan Foster.

James E. Frizzell dialed 1-800-650-8375 as instructed, and asked to speak to Susan Foster. James E. Frizzell was told by Jack Elliott that Susan Foster was not available, but he, Jack Elliott could possibly help. Jack Elliott spoke a complete different yarn than that of Susan Foster. Jack Elliott told James E. Frizzell that a recorded message could be played that would explain in the voice of a politician which he named.
James E. Frizzell told Jack Elliott that his story did not jive with the message which Susan Foster left. Jack Elliott asked what message did Susan Foster leave? James E. Frizzell told Jack Elliott that Susan Foster stated that James E. Frizzell was selected for an award. Jack Elliott stated that this could be arranged.
James E. Frizzell stopped Jack Elliott as he began again to speak of recordings he could allow James E. Frizzell to listen to. James E. Frizzell asked if all the information that Jack Elliott was trying to deliver over the telephone be put in writing and mailed to James E. Frizzell. Jack Elliott stated that he would fax to James E. Frizzell the information requested.
